This review is for Dr. Walters at the Pain Clinic in Tecumseh. My teenage daughter has a severe fear of needles and was a little worked up for her knee aspiration procedure. Dr. Walters was so good with her. He was very kind and patient and he has such a calming presence. The rest of the staff was friendly and accommodating as well.
Technologist - They were good and friendly. I would give 5 star. Receptionist - I would give 5 star .The receptionist wasn't friendly. I asked for how to see my ultrasound and X-ray report. It seems receptionist doesn't have any clue. It seems they don't enjoy working there.
Front desk staff is very rude. I came from london to get my x rays done. I understand that they were busy but she could have answered me in nicer manner. She even did not let me say any thing.
Took a chance on the 700 Tecumseh Rd. E branch of Clear Medical Imaging. Needed an x-ray (without an appointment.) From the time I was greeted by the receptionist, I was taken to a room, promptly had my x-ray and then was in and out within 15 minutes. Nice, compassionate care and A1 service from an upbeat staff.
The ultrasound tech was so lovely and the receptionist was great too :) overall a really good experience.
