Waited an hour and a half for xrays and the lobby was empty...Noone in the place not impressed
Lady at the front was very friendly and knowledgeable. Not busy. The floors were dirty could be cleaner! Overall, I got what I needed done in a timely manner.
Went for a walk in X-ray(as they won’t allow appointments), this was the second location I’ve attempted. When I walked in, there were no other people in the waiting room. Gave the receptionist my referral paper. She the! Stated “we’re almost done taking X-rays for the day” “we won’t be taking you” again not a single person in the building. This is very unfortunate that the locations change their hours whenever they choose. It’s very inconvenient, when they’re website states they are open until 4pm and when you show up 45mins... read more
Technician was very rude, overheard them also talking behind my back. I went to go look for a seat while my son was in the changing room and found one just outside the room, instead of calmly sitting down I got yelled at by the x-ray technician for not being in the designated waiting room even though I never knew I’m not allowed to sit there. Heard others also talking about how rude she treated them.
