I do not leave reviews often but this is one I absolutely cannot leave undisclosed. Trigger warning: miscarriage I visited the clinic for my 8-week ultrasound in January, and while the experience was generally acceptable, I was initially unsettled by the policy that prohibited my husband from accompanying me during the scan. They assured me he could join at the end to see the baby, but the rationale was to minimize distractions. I did have to wait a little bit longer but it was worth it! Reception was incredibly kind and welcoming! I had my first ultrasound yesterday of my little 9 week old baby and Emma and the student with her were so calming, so assuring. They talked with me, asked me questions, made me feel so at ease while I was nervously waiting. They even helped get me the perfect date for my next ultrasound so my husband could join me. 10/10 best experience. Ill never forget it!
Waited an hour and a half for xrays and the lobby was empty...Noone in the place not impressed
Lady at the front was very friendly and knowledgeable. Not busy. The floors were dirty could be cleaner! Overall, I got what I needed done in a timely manner.
