Arrived at Walker road location to have an X-ray done. I was impressed to see that the place was clean and clutter free by the receptionist area. I was able to check in quickly upon arrival and the receptionist called me in right away to a change room to wait. She was very courteous and pleasant. The X-ray technician called me within 3 mins and took all the X-rays requested by my Dr. She was very gentle and professional. Went for an x-ray a month ago and the technician wouldn't help me at all. Had trouble getting up and needed help. She just said we are done and walked away. I was very angry because every time I had any kind of diagnostic tests I always got help and a friendly exchange with the technician.

I went in for an ultrasound, and all of the staff were honestly simply so nice. From the receptionist to the technician. Super sweet and friendly.
