Technician was very rude, overheard them also talking behind my back. I went to go look for a seat while my son was in the changing room and found one just outside the room, instead of calmly sitting down I got yelled at by the x-ray technician for not being in the designated waiting room even though I never knew I’m not allowed to sit there. Heard others also talking about how rude she treated them.
Clear medical leaves the poor areas in downtown Windsor for 4pm while the wealthier communities like Tecumseh get to stay open until 5pm
Kailyne was wonderful! Very professional, calm, personable. Made the ultrasound examination very comfortable. Front desk staff very good and friendly.

I arrived at the Walker Location for an ultrasound because I am pregnant. The receptionist was so disgusting and an attitude like no other she made me cry. She snatched the requisition out of my hand and my health card. She made it seem like it was my fault that I wasn’t informed properly about booking the appointment right.
