erin is a horrible xray tech (and person). she’s mean, rude, condescending, unkind, insulting and unhelpful. receptionist and ultrasound tech were wonderful. if you need xrays, go to another location.
I experienced a very long wait time, and it seemed as though other patients were being helped before me. The lack of communication about delays was frustrating, and the overall experience left me feeling overlooked. I hope improvements are made to patient service and wait-time management.
Had ultra sound completed. On time and attending therapist, Ikram was amazing. Her demeanour was friendly and efficient. As a senior she made it extremely comfortable and eased my anxiety. Professional Plus. 6.5 stars.
I had a terrible experience with the Cust service. Before my appointment I double checked with them through telephone if they accept GreenShield. The guy said they would accept it. On the day of the appointment when I visited there in the morning , the receptionist said they wouldn’t accept it l. also when I was ready to pay with my card she said they won’t accept any type of payment other than cash.
