The worst service ever. If you are a future Swift driver dont go here. This place is trash. Unprofessional, unorganized husband went to do DOT and it took like 3 hrs.
Unfortunately, I was selected to take a random druh test again within 6 months so I'm already agitated because I had plans prior. In the trucking industry, they wait until the last couple hours of your trip to tell you anything and spring it on you. Then you have 2 hours from the time they tell you to get it done. This place isn't considerate of anyone else's time. I came in to piss in a cup and leave, and it took 1 hour. They are short staffed and inconvenience me further due to this. This is the MOST DISRESPECTFUL medical office ever!!!!! They make appointments, they don't see you on time. The freaking doctor don't even come to work and you won't find out until you have sat in a room for over 4 hours 😒. So you ask what am I waiting for, oh nothing the doctor isn't here today, we have to reschedule you. Are you serious?!?!?! The phlebotomist/receptionist can't find a vein to save your life or hers. You pay over $600 for piss poor service!!!!!! This place needs to be investigated for malpractice amongst o... read more
