Clear Light Cedar has not fulfilled the orders I paid for and their phone numbers are disconnected.What is going on?Their cedar products are wonderful and we have ordered them for the past 20 years, under the former owner.Why are they dropping the ball with orders, production and responsible business practices?It's very sad and frustrating.

Refuses to send me the products I pre-ordered back in Oct 2023. They won't answer my messages. They won't respond to my emails. They won't answer my many phone calls. This company USED to be a great company but now they just scam people. Last year I received generic emails with excuses from the owner's mother had cancer to anyone who used SHOP orders were lost. They even posted pics on Facebook of "late orders going out" HUGE SCAM!!!! They were happy to take my money but now they won't send me my products. Order number 10887... read more

I have never received my order from Nov 2023, and it's now the end of March 2024. Of course, the company or any of its subsequent owners have shipped my products or refunded my money. I have tried follow-up email messages, phone calls, and customer service requests on their then-functioning website. As of today, their website is not working at all. What was once a wonderful company with excellent products has turned into a customer scam.

There is definitely a problem . Ordered on October 29th, 2023. Payment was possessed . I have called and emailed this company so many times I cannot count. To this day , January 30 , **** there has been no communication, and my order is nowhere to be found. I am extremely upset, and would at least like my money back, God forbid a call or return email!!!

wish I could give negative stars! I placed an order on December 1, 2023, for a Christmas gift for my brother who told me he likes the Clear Light cedar lotion. I received a confirmation email and my credit card was immediately charged. Since then, I have received 3 emails promising me that their "elves" were working hard to fulfill orders, as well as receiving multiple text messages updating the tracking number for my order. Beware!!! This company appears to have gone sour. Did business with them in the past without incident. However, placed an order on April 18. charged the same day. as of June 26th merchant has never shipped any product. Does not respond to emails or phone calls. Checking on the web several similar experiences posted by others recently.

I ordered in February and still have nothing! I got an email on March 29...and still nothing I got a ***** tracking # Says label was created...but nothing! Some kind of response would be great. I also, tried their chat ...but no response there either. Tried the phone# and it is not working either!Wow! This is terrible!
