Thank you for replying to my original review, now I fully understand the reason for the distractions during my cleaning. Given that, it was obvious that the new assistant was having a lot of difficulty controlling the rinser and taking direction from the lead while doing this, often spilling water across my face. I understand it takes time to learn all the various equipment being used but I felt this person was a little too inexperienced with that particular device at that time. Everyone I’ve ever encountered in this office has always been very helpful and kind. They have always been on time or early with calling me for my appointment. I always leave happy with what they’ve done. Highly recommend.
It was pleasant and quick.
This place is negligent. They charged me to get two cavaties fixed by them for serious dental work. I missed my appointment for the cavities and rescheduled with their Robinsdale clinic which is a 30 minute drive for me. Upon arriving to the Robbinsdale clinic they in fact let me know that I had ZERO cavities which I had already paid to have filled. This is heinous and people already have trauma with the dentist. I used to recommend this as somewhere trauma informed for survivors to go and will never again.
I had all my teeth cleaned and out the door in an hour, great bedside manner! They understood my problem and I am looking forward to going back. All the staff from the minute I walked in I felt comfortable. Good job clear lake!❤
