Unfortunately, although the DR is great, her staff is completely incompetent. Wasted an entire day arguing with her receptionist who claimed to have so much experience about my insurance- she "knew" a whole lot and refused to do her job. When she finally was about to do her job, she proceeded to ask what the patient's name was. Which means she had no idea what she was talking about the entire time we spoke, didn't do her due diligence with regards to my case or my insurance, didn't even reach out to them or research anything... read more
