It's a very old building. That has had little to no maintenance over the many years. Musty so on. It does not have working laundry FYI. It is isolated on private property. The building is not secure. . No onsite management. The private property status means unless there is a crime in progress, there will not be a police presence. No cruising to let folks know the police are timed in and making sure things are safe in Clear Lake. So things go on here. Which as a 70 year old gal concerns me.
