This is the best experience I have ever had at this particular ER. There wasn’t a long wait, the staff was nice and helpful, and they quickly got to checking off all the boxes to determine what was going on with me. I ended up being admitted and in the hospital for 6 days, including a minor surgery. But I credit the ER for taking my situation seriously upon arrival.
The lack of communication is unreal
Found that this facility did not have adequate staffing. The check in person had to come out and help get the patient into the wheelchair as there was no one else there to assist. When we left, patient was wheeled to the front door and left with no one there to assist us. We are in our mid seventies and we need assistance. We were treated rudely and the nurses showed no kindness. When the patient was in intense pain, she was told that should would have to move herself onto the bed.
