This is the Walmart or fast-food version of a doctors office. Everything from the staff, doctors, nurses. They lack empathy, organization, and basic human understanding. If you can go anywhere else it will be better service.

I would not recommend this clinic. Urology did their best (I can't remember their names), but unfortunately they could not help me. Then I went to see Holli Smith, who was even less helpful. I came to her begging for gabapentin, because I'd been dealing with nerve pain down to my toes for a month solid and quit my job because I was so sick. But she basically told me to tough it out and get out. No blood tests. No swab. No consulting with other doctors. She just looked at me and said, "This is what you got. Kelsey-Seybold Clinic does not know how to correctly code and bill. They held me and my wife hostage on providing medical care to my pregnant wife until I paid for services that I had verified with my insurance as being covered. I paid so that my pregnant wife could see the doctor expecting the issue to be resolved. After the visit, I called my insurance and indeed I was fully covered. It has been over 6 months and to date the clinic refuses to refund me my money
