Beware! Make sure you don’t over pay because you will never get your money back. I have been trying for almost two months to get my deductible refunded which they told me I had to pay to get my injections and then the insurance paid it. We I called about the refund they told me that because I had one claim that they have not received the funds for, even though I show it has been paid, they can not refund my deductible which is way more. Now I can’t even go see the doctor for my follow or it will delay my refund more.

Been trying to get ahold of the office for my fiance, the number either goes straight to voicemail or is “busy”. Why have a number on there if we cannot get in touch with the office. We were recommended this office by the ER and cannot get in touch. My Fiance is really needing to be seen and we cannot even schedule an appointment. Ive tried to call 4 difference days and its the same thing, Nothing.

I was referred to Dr. Khalil to manage my pituitary tumor and headaches associated with them and spent a lot of time and money on tests that had absolutely nothing to do with my problem. There were things put in my medical record that wasn't discussed with me ever and when I brought it up I was told by the nurse through the practice manager that it's just an automatic generated response.
