They refuse to answer the phones or return calls. They had me set up with 3 different charts under 3 names, told Social Security I had no medical records with them. I've called probably 10 times over the course of 10 business days, was told on the one time it was answered that they would merge my charts and call me to tell me so I can file my appeal. That was a full week ago and its nearly end of day Friday now and nothing. I am on a time constraint with my appeal and its quite frustrating.
I’ll give this place a five star because after the operation that I had recently everything went well. The doctor explained to me all the things that I need to know prior during and after the operation. Also, the recovery was fast little to no pain. This place is great. Highly recommended. Also, my dr was Dr.pila.
