I have always drove further to this location due to their friendliness and knowledge in the service department. For 5 years they made me want to continue to buy Infinitis due to their quality of service. Then came Karena… the least accountable and dishonest service member I’ve ever met. I brought my car in to have turbos replaced, serpentine belt, and spark plugs. They tried to charge me $600 for spark plugs while the turbos were already off and being replaced.
