If I could give 20 stars I would. I cannot say enough great things about the doctors and staff at Forest Lake Animal Clinic. My family had been thru an exhausting night at the emergency hospital with my two dogs that had ingested a product containing Xylitol. By the following morning, one of my dogs was stable to go home, but my other dog needed further monitoring and fluids and needed to be transferred to the care of a local vet. The staff at Forest Lake were wonderful to us when we had say goodbye to our previous baby last year. Because of our experience with that, we now take our new pup to them. Everyone is kind, welcoming, and truly love the animals they treat.
Dr. Kay was absolutely amazing. She was very kind as well as the vet tech. They were honest but they were extremely comforting and gentle with it. Took great care of my kitten. 100% will be coming back.
Forest Lake was great, from the start. From first contact over the phone to final check out the experience was efficient, pleasant and helpful. I’d become concerned because my cat wasn’t eating well and wanted to get her checked out. Dr. K gave her a thorough check, discussed possible scenarios, ordered a blood panel and said she’d call with results. Luckily all is well with my cat and I will definitely be returning to Forest Lake for continuing care. Total positive experience.
They are always caring and kind to my cats.
