Very hard to get in touch with someone in the office. They do not work with you. Also was billed wrong. Never again but I already paid for the visit.
I've been meaning to write this review for a year now, but all I have to say is God bless Dr. Jimenez. Great guy who saved me alot of trouble, time,and money when I visited him for my oral cyst on my lip last year. The cyst had enlarged to the size of a small skittle and it really was uncomfortable having it in plain sight. Other places like the Bay area ent just wanted to suck me dry due to not having insurance but Dr.Jimenez was very understanding. Believe me when I say this, I will never forget his act of kindness. Waited over an hour to be called into physicians room and then waited another 23 minutes for the doctor. Extremely unacceptable, especially with two little ones in tow. Will be looking for a new doctor. We are still waiting....
