Love everything about this place! The members are welcoming, warm and friendly. The coaches are knowledgeable and helpful. The workouts are approachable and fun for everyone. Highly recommend joining if you’re ready to crush your goals with an incredible community alongside you!
Loud music at 5 am while people are trying to rest in their homes directly across the street.
Dropped in for a little over a week when our son was born at a nearby hospital. I’ve worked out at several boxes throughout the years, this one ranks pretty high as far as going the extra mile to take care of members. I was welcomed by everyone and skipped the awkward new kid in class stage. I had a great experience with all staff, from the owner Jordan down to the coaches. Highly recommend!
I dropped in last week for a morning class and had a great experience. The gym itself is really cool, the coaching and programming were awesome and the people really welcomed me. The coach even loaned me her personal rope for the WOD that morning. Awesome experience and I look forward to dropping back in the next time I am in the area.
This gym is great. The workouts are intense and the staff is extremely experienced. Both my wife and I go. We are at different levels of each program, but it it is still a super fun and comeptitve enviroment. You definitley get the bang for your buck. This is the best way to get fit and we couldnt be happier.
