VERY RUDE! Customer service was terrible! He diagnosed my car for a TOTALLY wrong diagnosis. He told me the sensor was broken and that I needed an alternator. Which BOTH were wrong and only needed a battery While the car was under their care, they broke a piece inside of the vehicle and refused to fix it AFTER they acknowledged THEIR fault and agreed to fix it. Highly don’t recommend! Offered to pay for all services because we didn’t need handouts after he mentioned we didn’t have money. Very strange considering job titles.... read more
My Company issued 2021 Chevy Colorado was rear-ended, and I took it to this facility for repairs. The staff there was very courteous, exhibited a high level of professionalism, and went above and beyond to ensure that I was taken care of. I really loved the coffee ☕️ . They did an awesome job with the repairs, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Great job, guys!!
Chris and his shop crew are all outstanding. I sincerely appreciate all the restoration work they all contributed to for my car after my accident. My car looks like it did when I brought it brand new. The attention to details was just outstanding and the fact you wanted it to all to be done correctly and not want to cut any corners that many other shops would have probably of done due to Insurance company pressures.
