Renter beware! Stick with the rental contract and take photos of EVERYTHING before your party begins! Or find a better venue! We rented the Pavilion Room for a graduation party. They wanted to keep $75 of my security deposit for a chair we didn't break, a wall we didn't dirty, and tables and chairs that an employee told us TWICE that we didn't have to put away.
