Awesome indoor and outdoor pool.
Close to home. Wish it was back to 5 dollars for the indoor pool but I enjoy going when I can
I'd like to review the day camp at the Clear Lake City community association facility... Camp Clear Lake was a wonderful program run by Mrs. Georgi Perry. I learned that this was her first year directing the summer camp, and she did an absolutely fantastic job! All of the counselors I interacted with under her supervision for marvelous. All of them young college age kids who behaved courteously, professionally, and very thoughtfully. the day camp allowed for early drop-off and late pickup for a very reasonable fee. Clear Lake City Community Association spoke with bookkeeper Jacqueline as to why the bill went from $36.27 to $436.27. I owned under my name & transferred to LLC which in both cases, I am owner & pay the invoices. This property was not sold, only a transfer in name not bought & sold to another. According to Jacqueline, the board of trustees voted on the excessive $400.00 transfer fee even it the property owned individually & transferred to same owner under LLC there is an excessive $400.00 transfer fee.
