After being hit from behind 3/28 . I was directed to this Webster Service King Location. Within an hour , I was driving out with a new rental ... Within 3 days ... My car was ready ....REPAIRED AND CLEANED. Service was exceptional . Staff .... Friendly , and very professional. After heavy rains my trunk had a leak 5/1 ..They took my car and checked for leak till they found it. It had nothing to do with the repair that they Had done. The first time I picked up my car several issues were not repaired. I left the vehicle at the Service King location to finish the repairs. After seven additional days, I returned and the car looked ok and I paid my deductible of $500 and drove off in my car. As I drove the car it was obvious the front end alignment was not done or not done properly and the car was heaving. I was less than two blocks from Service King. Horrible experience, Beware. This business has rude employees, tell you vehicle is finished, only to arrive and not fixed, drive back next day want to argue with you, vehicle still not fixed....Wouldnt recommend to my enemy

Think twice before going here. My car was hit on June 6th, and I made an appointment to have my car fixed on the 9th. I live 30+ miles away from the nearest Service King. Everyone was very nice and helpful, and I was in and out of there in less than 30 minutes. They sent me several emails about the steps my car was going through. I had a great experience with this bodyshop. When my window regulator broke with the window down, they were able to get my car in and have it done the same day. I was very thankful for that because this happened the day before a cold front came in. Very friendly, knowledgable and accomodating shop. If I ever need a bodyshop in the future, Ultimate Collision is where I will go! Thank you Ultimate Collision!!!
Dropped off my car at 4:50PM 12/12/11 and was told that given the damage estimate my car would be ready Saturday 12/17/11 or at the latest 12/19/11. I called on wedneday 12/14/11 and left a message for the geico guy (kobe) to call me back. he never did. I called back friday to see the status of my car on 12/16/11 and again left a message for kobe with no call back. So i call monday 12/19/11 and leave a message for kobe.
