I am a resident at Cedar Run apartments. We have changed management groups to this one, and I am currently having consistent issues with the property manager about getting emergency services done in a timely manner. I have had to call code enforcement as I was left with a toilet that wasn’t flushing properly due to structural issues outside of my control and was given no date of resolution nor provided any accommodations for 12 straight days. This company owns an apartment complex in San Marcos, TX where a 14 year old girl drove into the building on January 8, 2026. The 1856 Apartments. Management told the tenants we had 3 days to move out. They put a fence with a lock on so the tenants had no access to our units. They are refusing to return the rent I paid for the month of January because I refused to move into a unit that has not been cleaned nor did they show me what it looked like.
