Mark expects to have access to the property after messaging the night before. Mark cracked it when we asked for more than 12 hours notice as we both work away, and hung up mid conversation. His time is too valuable to organise a pool clean in advance. He uses far too many chemicals that renders the pool unusable for about 5 days after he's been. All a cash grab to over charge imo. Look elsewhere for a pool service
