Monica at Clear Imaging is a Godsend! I always dread having to get imaging done due to the pain during the procedure itself. Monica was so patient and explained everything to me as it was happening. She got the contrast needle in the first time, I barely felt it and I'm usually a hard stick. Dominique and Maria were also very helpful and kind. the folks are very kind and efficient i had multiple ultrasounds done here and was satisfied with the customer service. I would highly recommend.
First of all I want to thank everyone there Tammy was wonderful in always keeping me in the loop of my insurance and appointments, The MRI tech I did not get her name talked me through my Brain MRI as I suffer from anxiety and clostorphobia, I made it thru the 1 hour and 20 minutes laying procedure with the help of a gentleman that was also there helping me get through my MRI. I am BLOWN AWAY!! I tried for two days to get the local hospital to answer their phone. When I called the main line, they told me that everyone complains that Women's Imaging doesn't answer their phone... WHAT??!! So I looked on my insurance company's website and found Clear Imaging. When I called, it was already 4:00 in the afternoon. Tammy was so friendly and knowledgeable. When we got to scheduling, she offered me an appointment the next day. I would give these ladies 10 stars, if I could. They are flexible, caring, knowledgeable and extremely cost effective. After having a breakdown about our local hospital in Alamogordo wanting to charge us an arm and a leg for imaging, we called Clear Imaging. They not only waited for us to get there (a few minutes) after hours, they also only charged us about one third of what the (supposedly non-profit) hospital wanted to charge for a deductible (!!!). Thank you, thank you Clear Imaging team!
