First of all I want to thank everyone there Tammy was wonderful in always keeping me in the loop of my insurance and appointments, The MRI tech I did not get her name talked me through my Brain MRI as I suffer from anxiety and clostorphobia, I made it thru the 1 hour and 20 minutes laying procedure with the help of a gentleman that was also there helping me get through my MRI. I am BLOWN AWAY!! I tried for two days to get the local hospital to answer their phone. When I called the main line, they told me that everyone complains that Women's Imaging doesn't answer their phone... WHAT??!! So I looked on my insurance company's website and found Clear Imaging. When I called, it was already 4:00 in the afternoon. Tammy was so friendly and knowledgeable. When we got to scheduling, she offered me an appointment the next day. I would give these ladies 10 stars, if I could. They are flexible, caring, knowledgeable and extremely cost effective. After having a breakdown about our local hospital in Alamogordo wanting to charge us an arm and a leg for imaging, we called Clear Imaging. They not only waited for us to get there (a few minutes) after hours, they also only charged us about one third of what the (supposedly non-profit) hospital wanted to charge for a deductible (!!!). Thank you, thank you Clear Imaging team!
The staff is very friendly. You are able to get appointments quickly get in and out! Other places are scheduling out for MRI services. The young lady who completed my MRI was very friendly and and provided great patient care. I had to have Ultrasounds done and the same professionalism was demonstrated. Highly recommend this place.
