Excellent job installing AC and heating pump into our 2 bedroom condo! They were able to find a seamless solution for our limited space with amazing and timely service!
We spent over $75,000 on a system. They designed built on Daikin equipment. We are now almost 3 months post installation and we still don’t have a functioning system upstairs. They keep coming out swapping wires and getting no better results. They’ve told us we can’t turn down the thermostat below 70. We have water leakage coming from the ceiling now. I do not recommend this company. I also learned their one year labor warranty is very sub standard in the industry. My loss until the attorneys get involved
Reuven and his team Nick and Justin were AWESOME. Reuven took his time in educating us on the current unit we had, and then spent time and answered all our questions regarding the upgraded furnace and condenser. We felt very confident moving forward with him and his team. They did a thorough job, paid attention to detail on replacing vents, and we were so happy with the entire process start to finish. Competitive prices, and excellent customer service. Thank you so much!

We had a frustrating experience with Clear Heating & Air. In October 2023, leveling concrete material was spilled near a furnace during flooring work. Clear inspected the system and provided a written report stating: “As you can see, no internal damage and the furnace and coil can be used with no fear, while the original manufacturer warranty by Lennox will stay valid.” Recently, Clear returned and advised that the furnace was now non operational, unsafe, not repairable, and may no longer be covered under warranty.
