These folks did great work and were very thorough. Through a miscommunication there was an issue with install, these folks stepped up and came right back out and fixed everything without question. I could do to get my unit running even more efficiently to call some of the hotter rooms. Would recommend Clearwater Heating & Air Conditioning Service!

Joe and Alan were always on time, highly professional, and really kind. They completed the repair quickly and expertly at a very reasonable cost. They genuinely spent the effort to identify the underlying issue and resolve it. The ladies in the call center are excellent; they coordinated everything, made it simple for me, and texted me to confirm appointments on a regular basis. We enrolled in their fantastic yearly maintenance program. We are customers for life and highly recommend them.
My air conditioner's repair proved to be more difficult than anticipated, but the Clearwater Heating & Air Conditioning Service team persisted until the problem was solved and we were happy. They came back several times to fix the problem without charging me for each trip. Stephan and his technicians, were all pleasant and professional. Would fully recommend this firm!
Just wanted to take a moment to post about how genuinely pleased I am with the experience! They were nothing but professional and extremely hard working. Even though they had to work in the attic where the temperature was probably over 100 degrees, they never complained and worked diligently to ensure that the job was done right. We would highly recommend them and will definitely use it for maintenance in the future!
