Cheryl was very nice upon my first visit here yesterday. I loved how she actually listened to my needs and allowed me to explain my hearing loss and family history in great detail. Thank you for listening to my needs. I’m looking forward to our second follow up appointment. Update: Cheryl is amazing! She had gone above and beyond to help me with my hearing loss and my auditory sensory processing disorder that makes it difficult for me to handle sounds without extreme pain to noise ratios. Do not recommend for many reasons. Do not want to list the negatives, you might have a better experience. We found her very difficult to reach, and she did not do a good job setting up the new hearing aids for my husband.

Good on initial visit and consult, but very difficult to reach or get response and follow up afterwards. Phone calls not returned, delays in receiving items. Would not recommend.
