Excellent service from nice people. I especially appreciated the good, practical advice about hearing aids.
If you go to concerts or have trouble sleeping due to noise, this is an excellent first audiologist for you! This was my first time ever seeing an audiologist, and Dr. Keito Omakawa was wonderful to work with - very patient and great at answering beginner questions. I came in because I’m a light sleeper and had relied on foam earplugs for years, which were uncomfortable and unreliable. Incredibly friendly, very professional and accommodating. Fixed my brothers hearing aids in a very timely manner. Highly recommend
They’ve charged me $300 for a listening test on both ears. Felt scammed. I’ve been to better ones before this that doesn’t charged me any of this.
