Disappointing doesn't describe it. We had to wait 23 minutes for Yohan. We sat by the dirty stinky water pump at the front of the salon waiting. When Yohan was ready for us, he didn't say hi, he didn't welcome us, didn't do anything to even build a client stylist rapport. Nothing. I sat down and showed him a picture of the cut I would like.
