Initially, I would have given a higher rating, but after today that is not happening. To be fair, I did not choose Clear Glass. One of my windows was shattered by a landscaper while I was at work at this is who that company referred me to for the repairs. Clear Glass was great about scheduling a technician to come to my job to replace the glass and he had it done in about 30 minutes. Although the glass has been replaced, the window still needs to be re-tinted. Mind you, the initial damage occurred on 4/15/24. I reached back ... read more

I wish I could give them zero stars they did a horrible job on my vehicle then the technician lied and said it was replaced already. For a dealership to let this company come out and work on vehicles that people have just purchased is beyond me this guy scratched my paint up and left black primer all over my paint which will not come out. I talked to someone in the front office and this guy told me he is one of their best technicians well I'll hate to see the worst. They'll be hearing from my lawyer!!
