Dr. Edward Kundzicz, O.D. Optometrist, is highly recommended. He is very knowledgeable and explains clearly. Excellent Optometrist and pleasant accomodating staff.
Went to Clear Eye Care and was super anxious about the dreaded eye puff test (that sudden burst of air freaks me out!). Having had LASIK before, anything near my eyes makes me nervous. Dr. Kundzicz took the time to listen to my concerns and introduced me to rebound tonometry, which felt way less intimidating. He also explained why the test is crucial for detecting glaucoma, making me feel at ease. Dr. Kundzicz has been my optometrist for a few years now and I would recommend to everyone! Very hard to find any doctor that runs on time while still being very thorough with the examination which is a big reason why I am a return patient! The office staff is very friendly too!
Went for an eye exam in June. The front desk staff all seemed very young and inexperienced. One took me for the usual preliminary tests which went quite poorly and was not able to be completed. Almost 2 months after my visit I get a letter from a specialist regarding an upcoming appointment for laser eye surgery. Wtaf? I called the specialist as I couldn’t get any enlightenment from the staff at this office and was given an explanation which made no sense as the relevant tests (glaucoma) hadn’t been completed. I’ve seen Dr. Kundzicz before and I know he’s a nice guy but I wasn’t able to see him today due to me not being covered the receptionist said? Even though my insurance said I was. Receptionist did seem bothered and not welcoming at all, I’ve seen some other reviews talking about this so I’m not the only one mentioning this.
