Quick effective service. Very knowledgable and feel like you’re in good hands
It’s refreshing to see that good old-fashioned customer service still exists. My 91-year-old mother recently had issues with her ears and was pleasantly surprised to find the Balcatta clinic open on a Sunday. We were greeted by the lovely Ellen Ffoulkes, who was absolutely outstanding. I highly recommend these guys, it is the best place to go to for your ears. Very good results, very good customer service and care and the cost is very reasonable. They have not increased their prices in the time Ive been there and thats been over a year and a bit now. Thankyou for delivering a great service!
Love going here, I have really waxy ears and they manage to clean it with ease everytime. Really gentle with it too highly recommend, also more affordable than other places!!
Excellent consultation and advice from Michelle - would definitely recommend for hearing test/advice and wax removal.
