I can't fault the procedure or the person conducting it was was done smoothly and professionally. The only thing preventing me from providing a 5 star review was the lack of any prior warning when booking that a 10% surcharge would be applied because it was a public holiday which I only became aware of when paying after the procedure had been conducted. Awesome experience! The audiologist explained everything, was gentle...and the result was incredible. 40 years of impacted wax GONE! My ears feel clean and I'm sure I can hear better. Not expensive, not invasive - recommend everyone do it!
Have been a regular client of the Attadale clinic. Every audiologist I’ve dealt with has been professional, friendly and gentle. Such an easy online booking process and they have good availability. I even received a free wax removal on my last visit, due to being a regular. They also gave me advice that has reduced the frequency of my visits.
I had a really great experience here. Michelle was friendly and knowledgeable, she took my concerns seriously and explained the findings of her assessment clearly. My gp appreciated the article she sent along with the referral letter, outlining what she suspected was going wrong. Thanks!
