Many thanks to the team for expert assistance on our family member. This was challenging as the wax was very hard and we did appreciate the specialist took care to ensure there was no damage to be done to any part of the ear. Whilst it did take 2 visits, the 2nd was charged 50% off, and during the 2nd session, it was very obvious why it took two sessions!

I will start by saying Chris, the man I saw at the Armadale clinic, was nice. However, I don’t think they illicit any trust with their consumer base, and I certainly wouldn’t be recommending this clinic to anyone based on their terms and conditions. I booked my appointment over the phone and was told you needed to prepay the appointment, which I did. Having booked over the phone I didn’t see any T&C nor were any stated to me.
