Started off well via email and phone calls. Then came the first meeting… Absolutely condescending woman. Basically rolling her eyes at anything that went against what she thought was best, as a teenager would do with their parents. Totally unprofessional. Happy we gave our money to a design firm that’s open to clients ideas and constructive feedback.
