Really great experience! The staffs and the providers were super nice and made everything easy to understand. Felt like they actually cared compared to other offices that I’ve been to so far.
Do not go to this location! The front desk are very unprofessional and rude. When you ask questions, they seemed annoyed and the process was unpleasant. I even heard them calling a patient stupid after they hung up a phone call. I don't know who the management is but, they need to talk to their front desk. You will feel very disrespected visiting here.
I used to be a patient at Century Derm. All of the staffs and doctors used to be very friendly and helpful. All of my questions and concerns were very patiently attended to. My skin conditions were also promptly treated. I took my grandma for treatment here recently and it was a polar opposite experience. The staffs were friendly.
