I've been going to Clear Dental for more than 2 years for every 6 months for regular check ups. I've always satisfied whenever I visited, so I highly recommend Clear Dental.
I just had a check-up, and cleaningClear Dental was a great experience! The receptionist was friendly, and the office had a calming vibe. Dr. Song thoroughly explained everything, ensuring my comfort. The hygienist was excellent, the cleaning was gentle, and my teeth felt fantastic afterward.
Poor experience! Dr Song tried to place a crown, and TWICE it fell out on TWO different occasions (within just a few months of being placed). Likely will need the tooth extracted and have an implant placed. Will file a grievance and demand my money back for having unnecessary work done! How can someone with a clear conscience take money from a decent human being and do this?!! Tried to contact their office directly to resolve and No One responded back! Money Hungry! Watch Out!
Dr. Song provided a very insightful explanation. The staff was kind and accommodating. I also really appreciated that they went through my X-rays, explained everything in detail, and didn’t push me into unnecessary procedures. It was a great experience, and I definitely recommend Dr. Song.
