Got 7 windows. If I was rating the work only - 4/5. But the experience was quite poor. Work took twice as long to complete. They broke a window upon installation so had to come back a few months later. President is condescending to women. Cornered me for payment before the work was finished even though all his previous convos were with my husband. So far "Clear Cut Installations" have installed, over two occasions, front/garage doors and three basement casement windows. All work was completed in a professional manner and we wouldn't hesitate to work with Steve and his staff again!
Only outcome in contracting this company was a delay in the project and having to pivot to a new contractor. 10 weeks since last response so doesn’t appear like they want to do the work.
