This storage place is very disorganized and you can't talk to a real person. The phone calls go to India and they send an email to the manager. They cut my lock off without advising me because they had the wrong unit number. I thought I was going crazy because my key didn't work. My dad helped me and went and took a saw to the lock and then someone showed up to stop him and tell him they changed the lock and put someone else's stuff in my locker!
