We stopped here on our way through to look at a model that we aren’t able to easily get to near us. The salesperson that showed us the model was Eric Simpson. Here he was very nice, knowledgeable and very patient with our kids. He also made sure to show us some comparable models to the one we were interested in. He understood we wouldn’t be making a purchase when we stopped and still gave us top notch service!
We had a very good experience buying our first rv. Aaron Shumack was great. Service did a great job showing us how things worked and we were able to spend the night in the rv since we were waiting for a part to come in. My only disappointment was that the rv wasn't dumped after they said they would do it for us. Other than that it was an overall great experience.
Clear Creek RV took great care of us! Evan was especially outstanding—he went above and beyond trying to help us troubleshoot our slide-out issue over the phone while we were still out camping. Once we got our travel trailer back to Abilene, the repair process went smoothly and the work was solid. If I had one area of improvement, it would be communication.
