My wife and I used to rent with JWC, perhaps the largest agency in Killeen/Cove. Rent was fair with no extra fees or bs, but the neighbors were loud, so we moved. We have rented with CCR for 8 months now, and in that time CCR has moved us forcibly to a tenant portal (online payment system) that charges a 'convenience fee'.
