I will never come here again. Brought a small dirt bike in for a few easy repairs, what should have been done in a couple days. It sat in the shop for over a month. They never called me, I had to call them three times before someone told me the mechanic quit and 'my bike slipped through the cracks.' Charged me 4 hours of labor for what should have been 2, charged me for the chain guard but not installed, left the bike outside and the chain rusted (and when they sprayed lube on it at the last minute, got lube all over the tir... read more
Clear Creek Powersports to the rescue. I generally do my own maintenance on my motorcycle. I changed my tires this past weekend, and I couldn't get the back one to set the bead. I tried a ratchet strap, lube(dishsoap) and I have a large compressor and no luck. Clear Creek fit me in the next day and seated my bead for me. I appreciate their work and will be coming to them for tires in the future. Their willingness to help was very much appreciated. Thanks guys.
We dropped our dirt bike off the day after Halloween for a simple front shock rebuild, service it and just have it looked over before we gave it to our son. Without rehashing every little detail, we were incredibly disappointed by the communication or lack thereof by everyone we spoke with.
