Noticed a leak in my shower so I removed the access panel diagnosed the problem. A $8 drop ear was cracked. I didn't have the crimp tool needed for pex so called clear creek thinking they wouldn't charge that much to replace it. They came out looked at it , gave me an estimated .$275 for an $8 part. I told him that was to much. He then charged me $95 for the estament . I should have refused to pay it. I fixed it myself in 30 minutes for less than $100 including the crimp tool
Unclothed my toilet very quickly, and was very polite. I do recommend them.

Came out and did work on the plumbing system, but left one pipe alone because it had a clamp on it, but was obviously leaking, said they would have to charge extra to come out to repair the other leakage
