I’ve had a great experience living here, and I want to highlight how awesome the maintenance team is. Anytime I’ve put in a request, it’s been handled quickly and thoroughly. Randy, in particular, goes above and beyond and genuinely cares about making sure things are taken care of properly. It makes such a difference knowing that if something comes up, it will be handled efficiently. We have had possession for a week now. Initial repairs have not been made tho we were told a day or two. Additional repairs have been requested, always told a day or two. Today I was informed most of my requests were NOT in the computer. Not a happy camper. After almost a month most of the repairs have been completed. Actually a joy to live here
