We worked with Brett from clear creek homes and I couldn’t have asked for a better person to deal with. This was our first time and we had so many questions and he got us all the answers. Wish I could give 10 stars!
Great pricing for new construction, excellent people to work with!
They built my home 10 years ago and will build my son's soon.
Bad communication and low quality work. Especially for the cost of the home. Was fast compared to conventional construction but that's the only upside. If I was to do it over the only thing I'd have them do is set the home, then find my own contractors to finish it out.
Definitely would be nice to live in one of these houses. Or any house for that matter.
