Cleercreak Home Improvements built my sauna and did an excellent job. Framing, insulation, vapor barrier, cedar finish work, bench construction, lighting, and heater setup were all completed with high precision. Electrical and controls were installed cleanly and everything functions exactly as designed. Job site stayed clean, and fit-and-finish details were tight throughout. Highly recommended for custom sauna and specialty builds.
In order to get a new HVAC system I first needed to get my attic opening & door enlarged & get a new sturdy ladder installed. I had Clear Creek Home Improvements do the attic opening, door, & ladder work. The contractor, Kevin Gywn, & his crew, Nathan, Matthew, & Lee were great to work with. Kēvin and Clear Creek Home are the ONLY reason we are finally back to having a liveable house after a nightmare of months of insurance issues after busted water heater flooded half our house. He was incredibly easy to work with, helped us stay on top of our insurance company, helped us figure out what we needed to do, vs. wanted to do and was more than affordable!
