We’ve been going for a couple years now and never had issues until we did. We’ve been in and out of the office with one of our dogs in particular having what turned out to be serve allergies. (Came to learn that from a different vet a year ago and have had no problems since) However we came back this year for our yearly visits and after the fact learned that we didn’t get the correct heart worm medication for the dogs. The reply back is false since I never spoke with the doctor but the vet tech in regards to medication. As well the dogs went to Texas Liter control the year prior and was on tri heart for the year of 2024 not the other medication the doctor states in her reply. She claimed the allergy medication she gave buddy 2 years ago was safe too and then he ended up sicker then he was before the medication.
Only after your money and not the interest of your pets. $1300 down the drain since the vet wont refund the wrong medication given (not a single a reason to refuse the refund) even when the medication isn’t opened & still sealed in the box.
I love these guys get stuff great vet!!
