A tech from this company came to my neighbors house today, for whatever reason felt it was appropriate to undo our hose and use it (subsequently adding to our water bill), then just threw it back with knots in it so now it doesn't work. Not sure what company suggests to their technicians that they should use others property, especially without asking. When I came out the guy seemed confused why I was asking him what he was doing with my hose. Total lack of concern for others.
The tech 96118 who came to my apartment was not experienced and didn’t know what’s the problem
I don't know why there are all these bad reviews about this clear connection subcontractors because the technician Hector came out and he was really great he did a great job installing and put everything back where it was very professional very friendly very expedient thank you Hector for a great install.
