Extremely disappointed. I scheduled work a month ahead. I was assured by Kenneth it would be completed. He didn't show up. I rescheduled for the next day and again he never showed up or even contacted me. Unreliable, undependable and inconsiderate. I don't recommend.
As I am writing this is has been a week since the owner or anyone has been in contact with me about finishing painting and installing carpet in my home. It has been 3 months of being on my living room floor because the rest of the house is incomplete. Throughout the experience I have been given dates and times that they would be in to do work always "first thing in the morning" and then nothing. Not even a call to say they will not be here. I did not expect to spend my holidays on the floor with my children but here we are. ... read more
DO NOT USE HIM. Kenneth is a crook. Hired him in hopes that he would install our carpet in a timely fashion and to support a small business. He doesn’t show up to scheduled appointments, doesn’t answer phone calls and lies to customers. His dog tore apart some very nice carpet we had stored at his residence. He claimed he put in an order for new carpet but after 20 days when I called the business where the carpet was ordered, no such thing was done. He is now dodging our phone calls and voicemails. Kenneth is awesome to work with. He and his workers did such a great job on my floors. He is professional, and works hard. I would defiantly recommend them to anyone in town. He is also really good on pricing. I appreciate all their handwork and will be using this company again.
