I believe anyone on here that says Joe is unprofessional, doesnt return calls/texts or follow with what he says he will do, as we have experinced these things with him. As well as, theeatening me to take down my review or his legal team will take action.
Not sure what their installation is like, but I feel their business morals are not up to my standards. Business morals are the principles of right and wrong, focusing on honesty, integrity, and ethical conduct. A bulk water company should not have to chase the pool installer or wait for up to 15 months sometimes to clear up debts. It is wrong. All the wasted time with false promises to pay and then he doesn't. It is dishonest. Once again unprofessional. Joe says his bookkeeper will deal with it and still nothing.
Company finished my pool, was supposed to include cover as well. Never received it. In the dead of winter, at night, while letting my dog out, he fell into the pool and had a near death experience. Was also sent an invoice with multiple charges from things which were not yet even started/completed. This company has multiple one star reviews for a reason.
