Worst customer service experience ever. Joe, the owner of this business was happy to make promises and take our deposit. He ignored our phone calls and email messages, and avoided answering them or providing any information. The summer pool season was half over by the time he finally came and installed our pool liner. Once he did, he left the job unfinished and never returned to complete job or install the promised fittings and equipment. Avoid this company at all costs. I honestly don't know how he is still in business.
