Rodney came out to give us a quote for repairs/possible replacement of our pool heater and pool/spa lights. He called and then texted he was on his way for our appointment (as I was unable to answer his phone call). He was professional, courteous and clearly explained the problem with our heater (giving us a quote for a repair, as well as a replacement).
