Dr McLendon is awesome!! He is very caring and detailed. He helped my daughter get the beautiful smile that she always dreamed of.
I had a pretty positive time while in my braces. Minus I was quoted 5 months for treatment and it took about 8 months. Since having my braces off my teeth have started to shift a bit. When I was quoted i was very direct about how I wanted a permanent upper retainer (3 times with braces) and when I had them removed they told me they don't do perm. uppers. Service at Galleria location has been disappointing.
This has been the worst experience ever. I could rattle off a never ending list of what has gone wrong in my appointments or lack there of. I decided on this location because of its top 1% elite provider status when I was transferring from out of state and the proximity to my work and new home but that has been the falsest information ever on their part.
