Honestly, I don't know where to start about this company. To say they are unprofessional and incompetent is an understatement. They billed me on a number of occasions for services they did not provide. When I contacted them I was sent a very aggressive email from Accounts Receivable, copying in the General Manager. He then did an "investigation" into the matter and agreed to cancel the charges and offered me a month's free service. I accepted this.
